Tell us about your venue. How long have you been holding weddings and how many weddings do you hold per year?

We have been holding weddings at out venue for about 10 years. We average 28-32 weddings a year.

Why should a couple consider your venue over other venues?

We pride ourselves on offering full-service, inclusive packages that make it easy for any couple to feel comfortable and taken care of. Our experienced Event Managers take each couple from the initial booking process, all the way up to the day of their event allowing for personalised care and service.

What’s the first thing couples usually ask when they come and see you?

Couple's are always asking "What other fees are we not factoring in here?". The answer is pretty simple. Our packages include everything from food, beverage, rentals, staff etc. Your vendors, (music, photography, floral/decor, cake, etc) are the only things we do not include.

What size functions can you hold/host?

Our weddings are for a maximum of 130 guests when you host the ceremony on-site. We can accommodate up to 150 guests if it is a reception only event.

Can couples bring in their own caterer? What about alcohol?

Our packages include catering through out exclusive caterer. We do not allow outside catering to be brought in other than a wedding cake/cupcakes. We provide full Open Bar service. We would allow a couple to bring in additional alcohol to add to the existing bar service.

Can the ceremony be held at your venue?

Yes! Most of our weddings opt to have the ceremony on-site with the Hudson River as their backdrop.

Are the couple free to decorate as they like?

Couples can decorate the space however they like. We do not have required floral/decor vendors so they are free to work with anyone in their budget and tastes.

If your venue is outdoors is there a backup space in case of rain?

Our venue is fully covered.

Could you give our readers some indication of the range of prices for hiring your venue?

Our wedding packages range from $145.00 per person up to $180.00 per person. We also offer Off-Peak and Winter Wedding deals!

How early do couples need to book you?

If your date is not flexible, we recommend booking 1 year to 18 months in advance. If you are more flexible to season or a range of dates, 8 months to1 year before would allow you the most options!

What time at night can weddings stay at your venue?

Being located in Chelsea, we have a variety of hotel recommendation in the area that are within walking distance.

What other (if any) wedding services do you offer?

We offer Day Of Coordination by an experienced Event Manager. We also offer tastings with all of our booked couples!
